The home screen shows your progress towards your daily goal. Your progress is always measured in the same units as you goal. For example, if your daily goal is 1 Liter and the container you have selected is measure in ounces, WaterWorks autoamtically converts the number of ounces you've recorded to Liters when displaying it here. If you decide to change your daily goal to be measured in gallons, your progress will be converted to gallons instead.

Clicking the "Record It!" button will record the selected container's amount. The selected container is shown near the bottom of the screen, under the image of the bottle.

To change the selected container, tap on the image of the bottle.

Clicking the image of the bottle on the home screen will bring you to the container selection screen. Here you can see which container you currently have selected (indicated with a check mark) and select a different container if you'd like.

The history screen will show you your progress on a daily basis. You can click on a history item to see that day's entire drink history. From there you can delete individual drinks if needed.

The stats screen gives you an overview of usage of WaterWorks.

The settings screen is where you can add/edit/delete your containers and set your daily goal, and delete a day's worth of drinks or the entire history of drinks.
